- What you get: a plain-language read on which directions may be worth exploring, and what each would generally require.
- What happens next: follow-up based on what you ask for and your stated communication preferences. If you want the detail in writing, we can send it.

Do I need to have documents ready?
No. Nothing is required for a first call. If the discussion moves forward, you are sent a specific document list and a secure portal link. We do not ask for personal documents by text or personal email.
Will booking a call affect my credit?
Booking a call does not itself involve a credit inquiry. A credit report is not obtained without your authorization.
What if I am months away from buying?
That is often a useful time to talk. Early calls tend to be about sequencing and preparation rather than paperwork.
